Joerone Lucino is a 7-year old boy living
in the Philippines. Since he was 2, he has suffered from congenital heart
defects and urgently needs to undergo corrective heart surgery. Public hospital waiting lists may mean his opportunity for surgery comes too late. This appeal is seeking donations to fund the operation he requires at the Perpetual Help Succour Hospital in Cebu, Philippines.
